Feedback/commission payment

The commission of the alliance is calculated. The settlement interval is the first week of the month from the first week of the month to the first week of the next month. The member's profit is calculated by the affiliate program dividend formula. The commission is paid by the customer service for the first week of each month. After starting the confirmation of the amount with the agent, the commission will be directly transferred to the bank account registered by the agency alliance within 5 working days.

First, GWIN's rights and obligations to the agency alliance

1. GWIN's Customer Service Department will register members of the Alliance and will observe their betting status. Alliances and members must agree and abide by GWIN's membership rules, policies and procedures. GWIN reserves the right to refuse or freeze affiliate/member account
2. The agent alliance can log in at any time to observe the betting status of its members and the activities of members on the website. The customer service department of GWIN will calculate the commission based on the members of the agency alliance.
3. GWIN reserves the right to amend any of the regulations in the contract, including: the existing commission range, the commission plan, the payment program, and the power to refer to the program regulations. GWIN will notify the agency alliance by email or website announcement. The agency alliance has objections to the changes made, and the agency alliance may choose to terminate the contract or contact the customer service staff to reflect their opinions. If there is no objection to the proxy alliance after the modification, it will be regarded as the default contract modification, and the proxy alliance must comply with the relevant regulations after the change.

Second, the power and obligations of the proxy alliance to GWIN

1. The Agency Alliance shall do its utmost to publicize, sell and promote GWIN extensively to maximize the profits of the Agent itself and GWIN. The agency alliance can publicize, sell and promote GWIN with a positive image without violating the law, and has the obligation to inform all members of the relevant GWIN conditions and products.
2. If the GWIN promotion method selected by the agent alliance requires payment, the agent shall bear the fee.
3. Any GWIN related information includes: logos, statements, game screens, drawings, copywriting, etc. The agency alliance may not copy, disclose or distribute the materials privately, and GWIN reserves the right to pursue legal proceedings. If the agent has relevant needs in doing business promotion, please feel free to negotiate with GWIN.

Third, the rules and conditions

1. All levels of agency alliances may not open double/multiple proxy accounts without GWIN permission, and may not earn commissions from GWIN accounts or related parties. Please keep in mind that any class agent cannot bet with a proxy account and GWIN reserves the right to terminate and archive the account and all commissions earned in the game.
2. To ensure the privacy and rights of all GWIN member accounts, GWIN will not provide any member passwords or member profiles. Agents of all levels may not obtain membership information in any way, or log in to the lower-level member account. If the agent alliance is found to infringe the privacy of GWIN members, GWIN has the right to cancel the proxy alliance bonus and cancel the proxy alliance account.
3. Members of the Alliance Alliance may not open more than one account. GWIN reserves the right to require members to provide valid identification to verify the identity of the member and to reserve the right to determine whether to repeat the member by IP. In case of violation of the above, GWIN has the right to terminate the player's game and save the account and all commissions earned in the game.
4. The agent alliance cannot be a valid betting member for itself or other alliances. It can only be a valid betting member under the company. 6. The conditions in the contract will be notified by GWIN. GWIN and the proxy alliance may terminate this contract at any time. In any case, if the proxy alliance wants to terminate the contract, it must notify GWIN within 7 days in writing/email. The performance of the agency alliance will be reviewed in 3 months. If the agency alliance is not an existing partner, this contract can be terminated at any time. If the partner violates the contract regulations, GWIN has the right to terminate the contract immediately.
7. Without the permission of GWIN, the agency alliance cannot disclose and authorize GWIN relevant confidential information, including the feedback, commission report, calculation, etc. obtained by the agency alliance; the agency alliance is obliged to keep the confidentiality and confidentiality of the information after the termination of the contract.
8. After the termination of the contract, the Agency Alliance and GWIN will not be required to perform the rights and obligations of both parties. Termination of the contract does not relieve the agency of the obligation to perform before the termination of the contract.
